Challenge: Covenant Child Development Center needed a website that would improve their brand image, streamline the parent registration process, and enhance their search engine optimization (SEO). Their existing website lacked the professional look they desired and made online registration difficult. They also needed a way to easily manage and update the site content themselves. A key challenge was integrating online registration with their existing paper-based system to ensure compliance with DCF regulations.
Solution: I developed a new website for Covenant Child Development Center using the Webflow platform. The project encompassed the entire design and development process, from initial concept to final deployment. Design: The new website was designed in Figma with a focus on a clean, modern aesthetic that would appeal to parents of preschoolers. The design emphasized easy navigation and a user-friendly experience. Development: Built on Webflow, the website incorporated key features to address the client's needs: Online Registration: Custom registration forms were created and integrated with Zapier. This automation allowed form submissions to generate PDFs that matched the center's existing paper forms, ensuring compliance with DCF regulations while simplifying record-keeping. Content Management System (CMS): Webflow's CMS was implemented to empower the client to easily update website content, including blog posts and other information, without requiring technical expertise.
